• Moved .github/workflows/ci.yml to .forgejo/workflows/ci.yml.
• Replaced GitHub-specific variables (github.workspace, GITHUB_ENV) with Forgejo equivalents (gitea.workspace, GITEA_ENV).
• Updated Docker build process to use a Docker-in-Docker setup tailored for Forgejo Act runners.
• Configured deployment and cache actions to target the private Docker Registry (registry.kamil.kalisz.pl) instead of GitHub Actions cache/Docker Hub.
• Changed image name from easy_wg_mikrotik to mikrotik-wg-ui.
• Changed timezone to UTC in the VERSION generation.
